Vill du som chef eller ledare inom offentlig sektor ta nästa steg i er digitala transformation?Välkommen till en workshop under ledning av de erfarna forskarna John Jeansson och Magnus Forslund, båda universitetslektorer från Ekonomihögskolan vid Linnéuniversitetet.John har lång erfarenhet av digitalisering i organisationer och Magnus av ledarskap i förändringsarbete. Tillsammans har de lett Digilyft – en utbildning som inspirerar och stöttar digital utveckling i Region Kronoberg.Under en heldag får ni inspiration, verktyg och nya perspektiv för att framgångsrikt leda digitala utvecklingsprojekt. Ta med era idéer och tankar kring er verksamhets digitala resa.
