We&#x27;re welcoming you to Design Leadership Sweden&#x27;s 2nd event this fall in collaboration with our guest host Sharon Lindberg.Ethical design has been under prolific discussion in recent years – regarding e.g. surveillance, big data, AI, social media, “nudging”, “dark patterns”, and so on. A steadily growing number of designers are expressing ethical concerns surrounding their work, but ethics is often tricky, and the burden of resolving ethical dilemmas can be heavy. As a design leader, what are your needs and your ideas for cultivating ethical awareness and ethical practices?You do not have to be an ethics expert to participate – this is an explorative learning and ideation session! The workshop is facilitated by Sharon Lindberg, and is also part of her PhD project. Sharon is a designer-turned-researcher with 20+ years of work experience as a designer of mostly digital things, currently a doctoral student at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences, Stockholm University. Hosted by Design Leadership SwedenPlease note: in order to encourage discussion during this event, the partipants will be limited to 20 persons.
