I anslutning till filmvisningarna ges en introduktion till Ukrainas kulturhistoria samt kortare föredrag om dess historiska epoker.Kort introduktion av Roman Horbyk, historiker: Ukraina som en del av Sovjetunionen efter andra världskrigetPoesi: Eugen Wolynsky (översättare) läser dikter av Vasyl StusMusik av Viktor Kosenko framförs av Nazar Plyska (violin) Film: Censored (2019, regi Roman Brovko), original med engelsk text. Längd: 1 h 40 min.Censored berättar historien om Vasyl Stu, en inflytelserik poet från 1960-talet, människorättsaktivist och hjälte i Ukraina, och om hans tragiska och gåtfulla död. Filmen fokuserar på poetens konfrontation med det sovjetiska systemet, särskilt med KGB.
