How do I join the workshop?

The workshop will be hosted on a platform called Stardio.  Once you have booked your spot, you will be emailed confirmation.  A week before you will be sent the link you need to join.  No downloads are required as Stardio is web-based.

What will I need to prepare?

We suggest flexible clothing.  A mat is ideal but if you don't have one, a thick towel will suffice.

What will I need for the workout?

Before the start of the workout, we suggest you prepare your room. Please clear some space.  Ideally it's best to be barefooted.

Can a friend or family member join me?

Accepted Answer

Of course!  As long as they are in the same room as you, they can participate alongside you (without an additional ticket)

Question 5

Will the session be recorded in case I can't attend?

Accepted Answer

The event won't be recorded as it's designed to be live and interactive.  Please only book if you are sure you can attend the live workout.

Question 6

What will I need to participate?

Accepted Answer

You will need a laptop with camera and microphone and a broadband internet connection.  You WILL NOT be able to participate via a mobile phone.

Question 7

What if I am late for the workshop?

Accepted Answer

You will have up to 5 minutes to join the workshop from the start time of 18.30.  Unfortunately after that, the session will be locked, so we encourage you to log in and join the waiting room from 18.25.
