Have you tried, or do you want to loose weight?
Then you have come to the right place. The Clique Community is a global, supportive and judgment-free community that meets online once a week and then connects locally for in-person activities.
The reasons for loosing weight, is actually up to you. As a Community we only give a general recommendation that one should try to have a healthy lifestyle.
But as there are many people who wants to loose weight but struggles to get it done, we decided that a dedicated Clique for loosing weight might be appreciated and needed.
The Weight Loss Clique is then a Clique in The Clique Community.
Other Cliques can be support groups, mental health groups, hobby groups, etc.
People usually dont struggle with overweight alone. Usually there are several challenges at the same time and they are likely linked together in some way.
A purpose of this Community is to help people solve these challenges, one by one or a combination, but with each persons individual goals and progress in mind. Most will be done in a group-setting, by sharing knowledge, or a motivational support to get through things, and also the in-person activities.
´To loose weight often requires a combination of several things, like change of diet, daily habits, and consistent exercise. People may have blocks in their life that keeps them from making changes. We want to help discover and eliminate these blocks.
Each person is different and has different challenges, and each person is on a different part of their journey. Some needs to take small steps, others are ready to step it up a notch.
Generally taking small manageable steps makes it more fun and motivational for long-term change, especially for beginners.
How It Works:
1. Weekly Online Video Meetings. Join from anywhere. Here we will talk about goals, challenges, experiences, tips and tricks, and so on.
2. Local Clique's. Tell us (in private) the name of your Area/City, and we will help establish or join a local Clique with other likeminded people. You can get together for exercising, sports, or even just as friends doing something fun.
