Yes, once you purchased a game, you can enjoy it forever, unless there are time limitations explicitly mentioned in the game description.

Can I stop the game and continue later?

Yes, anytime, for as many times as you wish. But if you are in the middle of a game challenge, you'll notice the timer won't stop unless you solve it. Once you've got the right answer, the timer will stop automatically until the next challenge.
