Breathwork helps us to locate and step by step dissolve breathing blockages, chronic tensions, and inhibitions to authentic self-expression. It is here that breath work can be so key in erotic and intimate meetings, the ability to establish and sustain the energy of pleasure within the body thru our own breath.
Breathwork supports us to become more present in the encounter, being more available to ourselves and eachother.
Tantric Breath specifically can be a potent portal to the couples strength thru vulnerability and authenticity.
A tense body inhibits relaxation, pleasure and intimacy. A shallow breathing limits the amount of feeling both emotionally as well as bodily. Breath work helps us to locate and step by step dissolve breathing blockages, chronic tensions, and inhibitions to authentic self-expression. It is here that breath work can be so key in erotic and intimate meetings, the ability to establish and sustain the energy of pleasure within the body thru our own breath. Breath work can help us become more present to the encounter, being more available to ourselves and each other.
You don’t need any special skills or tantric experience to join the workshop. The exercises are simple yet deeply effective.
COST: 450 SEK/45 Euros per Couple.
JEANINA DHARA has passionately worked as a body-psychotherapist and coach with bioenergetics, tantra and inner child work with couples, groups and individuals around the world for over 15 years.
Coming into the world of tantra and spirituality was a total life changer for her and she’s been devoted ever since to live a heart centered, present life. She loves contributing to others who want to do the same and has also trained hundreds of people and companies in coaching and Nonviolent Communication, a method that has transformed her own relations and way of relating deeply.
PREPARATIONS FOR THE WORKSHOP: Create a good space for you both where you can sit comfortably on the floor, on a matress with pillows. Have fresh water nearby and make sure to wear comfortable cloths that you can breathe and move in. Set the computer in a way that you can be monitored while sitting facing eachother, for Jeanina Dhara to be able to guide and support you.
