SOUND JOURNEY Earth's Breath - An invitation to soften as the seasons turn.
We gather in stillness, held by the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other instruments — designed to calm the mind, release tension, and invite deep rest.
Think rainforest heartbeat meeting autumn stillness — grounding, spacious, alive.
With attunement and care, we’ll arrive with simple grounding practices before surrendering to the sound. The session will be held in English.
