Service Design Network Sweden: Post-Conference Meet-Up

The Service Design Global Conference 2025 took place in Dallas, USA, on 15–17 October under the theme Business Transformation by Design.

The conference explored how service design is moving from tools and methods to shaping strategy, culture, and organisational change. The discussions addressed what it means to demonstrate value, scale service design capabilities, and connect human and business value in the age of AI.

At this meet-up, we will share highlights and key takeaways from the conference and discuss how these themes resonate with the service design situation here in Sweden.
