Lee's yoga journey started in 2016, evolving her practice in Stockholm and Rishikesh. She specializes in Ashtanga and Pranayama but also explores Contortion and Handbalancing. As a teacher, Lee emphasizes alignment and breath, guiding students into deeper postures. Her experience includes learning from renowned teachers like Laruga Glaser & David Fredriksson, John Scott, David Robson & Jelena Vesic, Eddie Stern and Yuval Aylon.

Dear friend,Welcome to this self-exploratory journey where you will have the chance to dive into realms of the mind. Tap into the natural source of power within through ancient practices and neuroscience. In this 90min session you will be introduced to breathing techniques to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Together we work towards a peak moment to arrive at a dreamless sleep by influencing the nervous system through conscious and controlled breathing. Come as you are, experienced or new to breathwork.EXPECT TO ENJOY<ul><li>Learning to connect deeper within with the natural power of the breath</li></ul><ul><li>Disconnecting from the critical and logical thinking</li></ul><ul><li>Releasing body and emotional blockages</li></ul><ul><li>Uncovering what the unconscious mind has to reveal to you</li></ul><ul><li>A safe place to realise the truth of who you are</li></ul>WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE THE SESSIONOnce you sign up for the session you will receive a welcome mail and the link to join on Zoom. I support you with full guidance and music to create the space and safety for you to unfold in your own rhythm. Feel free to use essential oils (eucalyptus, sweet orange, lavender) or incense sticks to make the experience even more unique.It is preferable to join the session on an empty stomach. Therefore, I advise you to not eat 2-3 hours before. A tiny snack or drinking water is not going to ruin the experience if you need it.Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to fully breathe and sit comfortably. Have a blanket or a pillow near you for the final relaxation at the end.CONTRAINDICATIONSPSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is not recommended for the following conditions: Pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).
