Join us for some solitude in nature and a circle to share in!

Do you feel the need for a short guided sitout in nature and a circle to share with? Then you will most likely feel at home in our monthly nature sitout circle in which we work with how nature around us is mirroring what is present in our inner landscape.You can expect some simple nature awareness and ritual work as well as an occasional touch of myth. The circle is a great way to explore your local wild spots and your own unknown corners throughout the seasons. It can also support you when you are going to do or have done a longer sitout.The online nature sitout exists out of three parts:- We meet on Zoom to get to know each other, land in the circle, our surroundings and ourselves. You are sent out on the land with some suggestions and a question.- We all do a sitout of around one and a half hour close to home. (This can be done in any kind of nature you have access to; garden, park, woods, fields, terrace, ...)- We meet again online to exchange our stories and to make meaning of our experience.The nature sitout circle is inspired by the longer sitout, a contemporary and European translation of the ancient ritual of crying for a vision during which you spend several days and night in solitude on the land.The circles are open for everyone; old sitout participants, people preparing for a sitout or curious about it, or you who wants to look a bit deeper.
