This year at COP29, climate finance was a hot topic discussed by the negotiating parties. Countries also presented their climate plans and mitigation efforts connected to the Paris Agreement.At this high-level dialogue, we will discuss if the negotiations fulfilled the expectations of political leaders, scientists, civil society and youth organizations around the globe. What questions were left unsolved?
