We believe people and organizations would benefit from talking more about experimental, non-linear change. (And from doing it, of course.)
This meetup is our way of trying to make more conversations like that happen, and we would be thrilled if you could join us!
This time the topic is "Get evidence"
Measuring change when using experimental and non-linear approaches can be a challenge. But often necessary if we want to get management onboard and know change is taking place.
How can we look beyond simply checking off activities and instead gather real evidence that our change initiative is working?
It doesn't matter what industry you work in or how much you already know about change in complex environments. We want to hear your thoughts, experiences, and ideas about change in organizations and teams.

Good to know
- We'll meet in the back room of the restaurant Friis14.
- Drinks, food, and great company are included!
- If you would like to stick around after the meetup, the restaurant is open until 23.
- This is the third meetup we have organized in Malmö about Change in Complexity. The two before it was both fun and well-attended, so make sure to reserve your spot ASAP!
We look forward to seeing both new and old faces!

PS. We've had some questions about the dog. Turns out it's really hard to find a good picture to symbolize Change in Complexity. So we went with a cute dog instead because
a) we heard it sells.
b) dogs are good at finding things, like evidence of non-linear change.
