Henryk Stawicki is the Director for Sustainability Innovation at Next Agents and a co-founder of Change Pilots, an innovation management consultancy described as a 'Supplier of Positive Change in Business' in the Positive Impact Startups 2021 report.

✔ Stawicki is the program director of the DtB Sustainability Summit, a conference on sustainable design as business value, taking place in Gdynia annually, and a mentor at the Design Mentorship program.

✔ With 20+ years of professional work experience in New York, Lodz, Stockholm and London, he helps organisations develop product and service strategies using sustainability and circular economy principles that follow ISO standards for innovation management.

✔ Henryk is a member of the Service Design Polska and circulardesign.pl think tanks, a lecturer at the School of Form in Poland and Hyper Island in Sweden, among other universities. He has a Master’s degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design New York and a Master's in Management and Marketing from the University of Lodz.

✔ He is also a yoga teacher and long-distance runner.
