From original hunter-gatherer tribes, to feudal kingdoms, religious organizations, armies and medieval merchants, to modern day companies and political institutions.The term “disruption” is as old as civilization itself, in other words.History will be our guide. We will discover the mechanisms behind institutionalization and how we can avoid it or de-institutionalize. And bring our organizations towards prosperity again.Spoiler alert: Technology is the driver, decadence is the enemy, brutal honesty is your friend.This session is for those who know they must bring about painful but necessary change in their organization and are brave enough to take the risk.Ashkan Fardost is a global speaker, thinker and author and his mission is to inspire change and help individuals and organizations leverage digitalization and the internet revolution.
