About the artist:

Masha Trotzky is a Doctor of Arts, artist, and designer with over 20 years of international experience in visual communication. She began her creative career in cinema, working at the legendary Mosfilm studio, and continued her path in Europe after emigration. She has collaborated with leading organizations including UNICEF, the European Parliament, and H&M. An award-winning professional and lecturer at Hyper Island, the Free University of Brussels, and Forsberg Skola, she explores the intersection of art, technology, and social meaning in her work.

Reforum Space Berlin präsentiert das neue KI-Kunstprojekt von Masha Trotzky — „Let mAI people go!“

Das Projekt ist eine Serie von KI-generierten Fotografien und Kurzfilmen, die in Zusammenarbeit mit Natasha Treya, Boris Grebenshchikov und Ivan Vyrypaev entstanden sind.

„Dies ist eine Geschichte über Menschen und ihren Weg. Jedes Jahrhundert bringt neben technischem Fortschritt und großen Hoffnungen auch neue Prüfungen mit sich. Wieder erscheinen im Bild Menschen der Ehre, Lügner, Konformisten, Künstler, Revolutionäre, Verräter und Retter. Wir sind nicht allein – all das ist schon einmal geschehen. Aber können wir unsere Rolle selbst wählen?“

Über die Künstlerin: Masha Trotzky ist Doktorin der Kunstwissenschaften, Künstlerin und Designerin mit über 20 Jahren internationaler Erfahrung im Bereich visuelle Kommunikation. Ihre kreative Laufbahn begann sie im Film und arbeitete in den legendären Mosfilm-Studios, bevor sie ihre Karriere nach der Emigration in Europa fortsetzte. Sie arbeitete mit führenden Organisationen wie UNICEF, dem Europäischen Parlament und H&M zusammen. Als Trägerin internationaler Fachpreise und Dozentin an der Hyper Island, der Freien Universität Brüssel und der Forsberg Skola verbindet sie in ihren Projekten Kunst, Technologie und soziale Bedeutung.
