In this IDEON Tech Talk, Even Frydenberg, CEO at Zaplox and Mia Rolf discusses the current change in the hospitality industry and how the recovery will create a demand for hotels to offer their guest a digital and mobile option for a safer, contact-free guest experience. 2020 was a record year for Zaplox sales and despite the COVID-19 pandemic the demand for Zaplox mobile solutions increased. The company expanded their customer base with 160%. 

Even Frydenberg, is the newly appointed CEO of Zaplox, and he stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Zaplox to take on the CEO role. Before joining Zaplox Even has held leadership positions at Starwood Hotels &amp; Resorts and Marriott International and most recently he was the CEO of Scandic Hotels. 

The pandemic has not only turned out to hit the hospitality industry very hard but perhaps unexpectedly also brought to light highly needed industry improvements. The hotel industry’s growing need for digitalization and how Zaplox experience, technology and partner network positions the company in the center of the digital transformation and the booming market for contactless guest solutions in 2021 and beyond.

Zaplox is a market innovator and a leading provider of the contact-free mobile guest journey and mobile key services for hotels, casinos, and vacation home rentals.
