Efforts to slow the spread of the Covid-19 have had a major impact on countries’ justice systems. Maintaining access to justice is a crucial matter. In his latest book <a href="https://global.oup.com/academic/product/online-courts-and-the-future-of-justice-9780198838364?cc=se&lang=en&" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Online Courts and the Future of Justice</a> Richard Susskind asks his readers whether (a) court is a service or a place. Inspired by this question and the current situation, our webinar will address the following topics:<ul><li>Before Covid-19, how were courts perceived by the public?</li><li>During the past months, courts have been closed, or partly closed, in many countries.
