Coaching is not a new program or another thing to add to your already busy schedule. Coaching is a shift in approach and posture in conversation and leadership. Coaching skills offer a more effective way of leading as you empower others to own their work, own and create ideas and solutions and get the work done.
The workshop is practical and interactive with lots of skills practice built in. The focus isn't on conveying information but training in techniques applicable in each of your work, ministry and leadership settings.
Not just the basics…
Based on the book, The COACH Model for Christian Leaders, this workshop is made for those who are experienced as well as those who are not-so-experienced in coaching skills.
Over the course of 6 sessions you will become familiar with the COACH Model® and use it to coach other participants. By the end of the course you will have the skills and the confidence to use coaching in your work and home contexts.

How to listen actively so others feel you understand them.
How to ask powerful questions that initiate a change of thinking.
How to generate feedback that avoids defensiveness.

This workshop is a professional-level training. Participants can upgrade their training experience to the Coaching Workshop Certificate Program and continue training to earn a professional coach credential. The sessions each week are 3.5 hours long, split into 90 minute workshop, 30 minute break and 90 minute workshop.

Do I need to attend all 6 sessions?
Yes! This is a practice-oriented workshop, each session builds on the next.
Location?
Online, using zoom. You will need to have internet access capable of live video streaming (preferable both downloading and uploading).
What’s your refund policy?
The ticket price includes a $50 non-refundable administrative fee. You may choose a refund of the remaining fee up to 7 days before the event. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 7 days before the event. You can opt to attend a future workshop or transfer tickets to another person or up to 48 hours before the event.

Reading the book "The COACH Model" by Keith E.Webb before attending will greatly enhance your learning and skill development during our workshop. You can purchase the book here.
What is included in the Price?
The price includes a participant manual and coaching tools which will be sent to you electronically prior to the start. If you would prefer to receive the manual and coaching tools in a language other than English, please contact us and we can get materials to you in that language if they are available.

Stephanie is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a licensed trainer of the "Coaching Workshop for Christian Leaders". She has been involved in church planting and leadership for over ten years and serves as Senior Pastor of Stockholm Vineyard. Stephanie is co-Founder and -Director of Forge Sweden, a missional pioneer training school and responsible for coach training and development for Forge Europe. She is passionate about helping people and teams hear from the Holy Spirit and respond well. She believes that each person has a unique calling and place in the body of Christ and that every leadership function and gift has been given to equip the church, and each individual within it to fully and intentionally live out that callling.
Stephanie is fluent in English and Swedish, she coaches clients and facilitates training in both languages.
