Breathwork is generally safe, but if you’re pregnant or have a health condition, it’s a good idea to consult your healthcare provider before participating. Let us know if you have any specific needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I only join the Breathwork or brunch part?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you’re welcome to join just the Breathwork session or the brunch. However, the ticket covers the entire event, so you will still need to pay for the full experience.
