Future-readiness is the topic of the Digoshen’s Masterclass on Monday, October 23.In the first part of the afternoon, we will provide you with a framework to evaluate your own board on this topic. We will share the latest insights on two major drivers of change, AI and Sustainability, and show how other boards see this as an opportunity for company and board renewal, and what you can learn from some hands-on AI sensing. In the second part of the afternoon, you will use these insights in a boardroom simulation and finally identify 3 key actions to apply in your own board to improve the future-readiness of your business. This masterclass is limited to 15 participants, all required to have a board mandate.
