Each booking is made individually - so if you are two or more attending you book your own individual spots.

Do I have to pay for the classes?

No, all LIFESTYLE FESTIVAL sessions are completely free.

How long is each class?

Each LIFESTYLE FESTIVAL slot runs for about 20 min.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an open heart. Mats and props are provided.

Is there a limit to the spots I can book?

No, you are free to join us for everything and meet all facilitators and take part of their magic.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, please cancel if you can’t attend so someone else can take your spot. You’ll get a link in your confirmation email to manage your booking.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, free parking is available in front of SOLBRÄNNAN Restaurant. From ÖSTERSKÄRS Station there is about a 10 min walk.

Where exactly is Studio SOMA?

Our new studio is at Sågvägen 4, Åkersberga. A map is included in your confirmation email. It is the same entrance as the health center/gym Club Active - Träning & Livsstil. The studio is up the stair that comes before entering the gym.
