Hi! I'm Iona, the confidence coach.It's my mission to help people remember their authentic self-confidence, so they can step into their power and be/do all the things they desire.For the last decade I was working as a creative therapist in mental health, education and the third sector (non-profit).In 2020 I decided to set my art supplies to one side and help people head-on with their challenges. Low confidence was always something I struggled with, and I have transformed much of the "stuff" that was keeping me feeling stuck and unsafe to put myself out there, such as my low self-esteem.
