She was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and that changed how she understood not just herself, but the leaders she works with.Luceat specialises in two things. Supporting neurodivergent leaders and professionals who are done apologising for how they're wired, and helping scaling organisations understand the behavioural dynamics that undermine growth.
