The Station Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports Special Operations Forces families heal from the impact of war. We help service members, spouses, and children reduce chronic stress and equip our participants with tools to support self care, tap into virtues, and strengthen their relationships through local outreach experiences. We share our curriculum through the mindfulness practices of art and yoga and offer learning opportunities in nature.
