Death Cafes

The Grief Garden is a project that invites people who are experiencing grief to work together to co-create a garden as a place of acceptance, connection and healing. In the garden, people are welcome to express and explore their grief in ways that feel good to them, whilst designing, producing and caring for an evolving garden for the emerging community. Those who are experiencing grief are invited to attend a weekly gardening group and become a part of a peer to peer support group of budding horticulturalists. The Grief Garden also hosts a variety of different events and workshops and hopes to normalise conversations about death and grief within society.
