iCARE4 Adoptive And Foster Families is a 501(c)(3). We empower schools with the tools, training, and insight to better support adopted, foster, and kinship children and their families. Founded by adoptive parents, educators, clinicians, and child welfare advocates, our team brings both lived experience and professional expertise to every workshop we offer.Through our Connected, We Thrive™ training series and Connection Kits™, we equip school teams with brain-based, relationship-centered strategies that promote safety, connection, and success in the classroom.Our board includes licensed clinicians, former educators, and leaders with deep experience in mental health and child welfare—ensuring our approach is both practical and grounded in best practices.We believe schools can be powerful places of healing.Connected, we thrive.
