Greetings, and thank you for being here,

I am a yoga and meditation teacher practicing in Maryland, USA. I created Belle's Creations LLC in 2022! My practice focuses on pranayama, the breath. I use sound healing tools, aromatherapy and props during my classes perfect for beginners in yoga or yogis needing a restorative healing class.

My journey began summer of 2003, watching Yogi Wai Lana on PBS TV as a teenager. It took 30 minutes of Wai Lana doing yoga poses in Hawaii and I was hooked! After that one class, I felt instantly refreshed and renewed, practicing with her ritually everyday until my high school graduation in 2007.

This experience made me curious about yoga and I started taking classes at studios. I practiced for over 10 years different styles like: hatha, ashtanga, iyengar, bikram, vinyasa, kundalini, restorative, and yin in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, USA). After years of practice in 2022, I took courage and completed my 500 hour teacher training under the Yoga Healing Foundation of America Inc. I also studied the Japanese healing method, reiki in 2018 and became a Master practitioner. My education has lead me to create a restorative class where we focus on the breath, the rest will follow! You may join me outdoors at our local Montgomery County parks or online over zoom for meditations.
