Yin Yang Yulia
I’m Julia — a guide for holistic wellbeing, inspired by the rhythms of nature. My path combines the gentle power of Yin Yoga, meditation, the healing touch of Reiki, and inspiration from the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.
I host Yin Yoga classes, Yin Yoga & Soundbath sessions, Meditation sessions and workshops that may include Reiki or focus on one of the elements of TCM.
I also organize various gatherings — from Tea & Meditation sessions to mindful walks — offering warm and supportive spaces to connect, reflect, and form new friendships. All my classes and gatherings are open to everyone, no experience needed.
In today’s fast-paced world, I believe in the importance of slowing down, pausing, and reconnecting with our own bodies. My sessions support nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and develop awareness of your own rhythm — supporting balance, vitality, and inner calm. Most importantly, they invite you to accept yourself as you are and embrace that it’s okay to be you.
My mission is to create calming, heart-centered spaces where people can pause, breathe, and return to themselves. Through stillness, meditation, sound, and mindful connection,and self-acceptance, I aim to help others restore harmony — within and around.
