After decades as a nurse, designer, renovator, wife, and mom, I realized the biggest transformation I ever made was the one within myself. I’ve been ill, walked through burnout, loss, grief, reinvention—and some pretty scary stuff yet I survived and came out the other side with intention, grit, purpose, and a whole lot of grace.
Now? I help women do the same.
Through retreats, coaching, one day workshops , soulful gatherings, and real-talk guidance, and maybe even a little hypnosis . What ever works - Right ? I help midlife women stop white-knuckling their way through overwhelm—and start building lives that feel like home. By creating peace and following a plan . You cant build a house without a foundation. So some structural work *wink* may be required in this rebuild.
