Wayfinding Partners is a justice-driven consulting firm dedicated to individual, organizational, and community transformation. We partner with leaders who are entering or are in the midst of uncertainty. And we approach all of our work with a racial justice lens.

We guide people, organizations, and communities on a journey to reckon with history, heal in the present, and design a just, equitable, and joy-filled future. We envision a society filled with mindful, integrated, purpose-driven humans working to achieve justice.

For Wayfinding Partners, racial equity and justice is the place we are journeying to. Our philosophy is that by undoing the systems, structures and mindsets that perpetuate inequities, we will find a route to a world we have yet to see but believe is there.
