How? By supporting and accelerating their personal development, so that they have more energy, greater emotional resilience and better mental clarity.

From the Yogic perspective, development happens at the level of the body and of the mind and is accelerated when we work on both levels simultaneously. Otherwise, the mind has moved on while the body is stuck in the past and vice versa.

All of the events that we offer focus on development through this lens, supporting and accelerating development by using practices that work at the level of the body and the mind simultaneously.

Of these tools, Yoga Nidra is the most versatile. It can be practiced any time, anywhere, and only requires you to have your phone and a space where you won't be disturbed.

It is both a deep relaxation technique and a meditation technique. During the practice, we experience a level of physical relaxation and mental quiet normally only experienced during sleep, when we are not conscious of it. This is why Yoga Nidra is often referred to as sleep meditation and falls under the category of NSDR practices (Non-Sleep Deep Relaxation).
