Starseed Offerings

Starseed Offerings is a community-centred wellbeing practice led by Sasha Jacques.

I (Sasha) host inclusive, heart-led events that combine yoga, sound healing, movement and energy work, to support relaxation, connection and inner transformation.

My events are open to all levels and often take place in natural, calming environments like local parks or community spaces. Whether through gentle yoga, soothing sound baths, or uplifting movement, my mission is to help people reconnect with themselves, each other and find their magic!

I am a certified yoga teacher, Level 3 Master Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner and bring warmth, intuition and deep care to every session.
