The Labour Party believes that small medium enterprises businessesare the backbone of the United Kingdom, making up 99.2% of all private sector businesses in the United Kingdom, employing over 14.4 million people with an estimated combined annual turnover of £1,600 billion accounted for 48.1percent of private sector turnover.

Through Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for Labour, we want to provide a forum whereby SMEs can work in partnership with the Labour Party and continue to inform our economic policies.
