Ruta Demikyte, known as Yogini Ruta, is a teacher and guide in the fields of yoga, sound healing, and energy work. With over 500 hours of advanced training across Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, as well as studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and therapeutic sound, she curates gatherings that support nervous system regulation and deep inner renewal. Her events invite participants into states of stillness, clarity, and connection, blending movement, meditation, and the resonance of Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
