Naomi Hook
Naomi is a certified yoga teacher, with 500hrs of teacher training. She has taught across the world and continues to travel and offer guidance online through live classes, community donation-based classes, 121's as well as workshops and series.
Her Sankalpa (intention) is to bring the ancient teachings of yoga into every class she guides ensuring that we honour the ancient teachings of yoga.
She believes Yoga is not something you 'do', it's something that you are.
