Mengjia is a therapeutic coach who guides individuals and groups through personal transformation. Following her own recovery from abdominal surgery and burnout, she developed a therapeutic framework to help people improve their wellbeing using evidence-based techniques.

Mengjia specialises in (but is not limited to) anxiety and stress reduction, pain management, healing, and self-empowerment. Her methods harness the power of Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, and BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) to bring conscious awareness to your life, allowing you to heal deep within your subconscious mind and rewire your unconscious processing patterns for lasting positive change. Her approach has helped many people build resilience towards life's hardships, release emotional blockages, and live more consciously with purpose and empowerment.

She is also trained in many holistic practices such as breathwork, yoga, meditation, and sound healing, while incorporating her knowledge of the Chinese tea ceremony to promote mindful living.
