Meet Junelle Rhodes

With 20+ years of experience in the disability sector, Junelle Rhodes established Mavin Living to offer a new style of support and another level of opportunity for those navigating the NDIS system. With Mavin Living, her ultimate goal is for everyone to get the most out of their individual NDIS plan.

Junelle is passionate about the principles of social inclusion and the human rights framework, which is where the core of Mavin Living stems from. In her private life she is the proud guardian for an NDIS participant, making her approach all the more personal.

Junelle has vast and varied experience in the disability sector, from government organizations to not for profit service providers – her knowledge and understanding of the NDIS is as extensive as her experience. Specific areas of expertise include capacity building, program and service development, community development, policy development, staff and project management and research. Junelel has researched in published on what makes a good Supported Independent Living service. This is her passion, knowing this is right ensures that a person's life is more likley to be right!

Junelle has extensive experience as both a participant and presenter at numerous conferences both here and overseas. Her insightful contributions have not only shaped discussions but also inspired concrete actions towards greater inclusivity and accessibility.
