Lee-Mei
With a diverse background influenced by both Hispanic and Chinese cultures, I've pursued yoga as means to find purpose and balance in life.
Alongside my university studies, I completed Yoga Teacher Trainings in Stockholm and Rishikesh. Since then, I've devoted myself to continuous self-study, deepening my practice, and expanding my knowledge. While my primary focus lies in Ashtanga and Pranayama, I've also ventured into other movement arts such as Contortion and Handbalancing.
During my time in Stockholm, I practiced Mysore under Laruga Glasser & David Fredriksson, and explored Pranayama with Guy Powiecki, a senior student of Sri O.P. Tiwari. Upon relocating to Berlin, I further immersed myself in breathing practices through participation in the pioneering PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® TT led by Eva Kaczor, as well as the Pranayama TT led by Eddie Stern & Robert Mosses. Along my journey, I've had the privilege of learning from esteemed teachers including John Scott, David Robson & Jelena Vesic, Matthew Vollmer, and Yuval Aylon.
At the moment I teach yoga and breathwork group classes, workshops and retreats mainly in Berlin, but also in Stockholm and online. Each offering is an invitation to dive deeper within you whether that's through movement, breath or a practice of awareness.
