I’m Leah, an experienced ADHD Life and Mindset Coach who has been where you are. As someone with ADHD myself, I know exactly how overwhelming it feels when the to-do list never seems to get shorter, (when it can even be found) and you’re stuck in a cycle of stress, exhaustion, and burnout. I’ve walked the path of constant catch-up (but never feeling actually caught up), juggling too many demands, all while feeling not "adulty" enough and like I live on the struggle bus and everyone else is living at the Ritz! (How do they do it?!) But I also know that it doesn’t have to be this way.

In my workshops, I’ll be sharing strategies that have helped both me and my clients regain control, reduce overwhelm, and build momentum in a way that feels manageable. While everyone’s ADHD journey is unique, these proven methods can give you the building blocks to start feeling more balanced and in control. I understand the common pain points ADHDers face—procrastination, emotional regulation, decision fatigue, near constant overwhelm—and I’m here to guide you through practical, ADHD-friendly solutions that you can start using right away.
