After having 15 years of successful, IT and Business Project management and consulting career with Big Financial services clients, travelled and worked across US, UK, Australasia, and NZ in her earlier life, Kshama became complacent in career and life, she asked herself one question: Is this how I want to spend the rest of my life? Her answer was ‘no’. Thus Kshama shifted from ‘computer to mindset programming’ and started her new journey in the field of human behaviour. She was her own first client. She calls this as her second life. Her debut book was written to show her readers and customers how can they choose to act where their calling is and focus on building business thinking parallel.
