Journey to Healthy Eating

I have been teaching whole plant-based cooking classes for over 10 years. After applying the principles in the documentary Forks Over Knives I have experienced first-hand, the miraculous healing power of eating unprocessed, plant-based foods. I delight in sharing my experience while encouraging this lifestyle thus the evolving of a plant-based community kitchen. This is a place where we can meet like-minded people, discover new recipes, learn new cooking techniques and leave inspired. These classes encourage home cooking and how to prepare and enjoy these foods.
