John Richardson

John has been working in Health and Wellbeing for over twenty years and has spent the last nine years or so with his own psychotherapy practice. John holds a diploma in therapeutic counselling as well as a diploma in trasactional analysis psychotherapy.

As well as working one to one John has also worked extensively in the corporate field helping organisations such as Humberside Police, Humberside Fire and Rescue, Hull University, Smith and Nephew and the Sewell Group deliver bold, exciting and effective health and safety events.

My job is to help people get the most out of life. If that is physically through wellbeing and vitality or psychologically through empathy, peace and clarity then everyday is a new challange and a great pleasure.
