ABOUT YOUR RUNNING COACH – ILONA

Hi, I’m Ilona — and running is truly my passion.

I’m the founder of the Canary Wharf Women’s Running Club, which has been going strong for 1.5 years now. We’ve rarely missed a week — rain or shine, we lace up and run together.

I recently completed the London Marathon, and I love working with women at every stage of their running journey — from absolute beginners taking their first steps, to runners preparing for races.

Alongside coaching, I’m also a personal trainer, creating strength training programmes that help runners stay injury-free and build the power they need to run well.

On the nutrition side, I specialise in sports performance and plant-based nutrition, helping women fuel properly, recover faster, and get the most out of their training.

When you run or train with me, you’re not just getting guidance — you’re gaining a coach who’s committed to building your confidence, celebrating your progress, and helping you fall in love with running for life.
