Helen Baldwin

Helen is a qualified medical herbalist and member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. Graduating with distinction from the 6 year Advanced Diploma at the School of Herbal Medicine in Bridgwater, Somerset.

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge so that people can take care of their own health and well being. She runs workshops, gives talks and takes guided herb walks in the local countryside. She is also FREC3 qualified and works at festivals providing herbal first aid with the Festival Medical Herbalists.

Helen is based in Rottingdean in East Sussex where she runs a private clinic practice. When not working with patients, Helen can be found in the garden, out foraging or busy making lotions and potions in the kitchen.
