My name is Heather Hart, CEO of Hart Strong Enterprise and founder of Triumph Over Trauma. I specialize in helping trauma survivors and codependents heal, grow, and thrive after toxic and/or abusive relationships.

I use compassion and curiosity to guide clients through doing inner work to gain clarity required to heal and move forward. Through that process with clients, I customize healing strategies that incorporate findings of inner conflict and identify actionable change. Providing them with tools to reclaim their power and autonomy.
