Gina is a dedicated and skilled Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher. She trained at the prestigious Sanctuary at Two Rivers in the lush rainforest of Costa Rica and brings a wealth of knowledge and an authentic passion for yoga to every class.
Gina's personal journey into yoga began as a quest to find relaxation and balance in a fast-paced, busy world. Yoga became her own sanctuary, a place where she discovered inner peace and a profound sense of well-being. From a young age, Marina’s father sparked a love for diverse sports, creating a pathway to joy, creativity, and self-discovery. As time progressed, her passion for physical activity seamlessly integrated into her daily routine. Intrigued by the evolution and health of the human body, this passion steered Marina towards a career in nursing.
Navigating the realm of nursing exposed her to countless patient interactions, nurturing a deep well of compassion to guide them through their pain and struggles, both in body and mind. Marina’s current aspiration transcends the traditional role of a nurse. Today, she has a mission to extend her service through preventive medicine, helping individuals forge a profound connection with their bodies through practices like yoga.
Marina emphasises the importance of keeping the mind focused. Her goal is to achieve a fluid yoga practice by combining mobility, strength, and flexibility.
