The Creative Approach Development Center (CADC) is a leading professional development and training organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health needs. Through our Beyond Compliance Track, our interactive training track for professionals, our Caring with Confidence Track, tools and resources for caregivers and families, and our Unlocking Independence Track, events and workshops for individuals with disabilities, we provide research-based, practical workshops designed to equip professionals with the tools needed to foster person-centered, trauma-informed, and effective support strategies.
