Coming Home

The Coming Home Project is a community organisation, founded by Francesca Barker-Mills who having been released from prison realised there was a need for lived experience lead educational programmes to empower and enable women involved in the criminal justice system get back into employment. Using a decade of knowledge, education and employment, Francesca designed a 4 day programme to support women facing mutiliple barriers to meaningful employment engage, empower and recover in the community through inspiring self confidence, self worth and nurting career aspirations that are often overidden by lifes mistakes.
