This 1:1 coaching space is designed to gently support your journey with compassion, slowness, and presence. Together, we explore the patterns and inner wounds that might be keeping you stuck in self-doubt, shame, or over-responsibility—and begin to soften them.
We use a mix of simple, effective techniques like:
- Somatic awareness (tuning into your body and nervous system)
- Inner child connection
- Parts work / self-dialogue
- Emotional release tools
- Grounding + regulation practices
